48 hours notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
Your deposit is non-refundable & non transferrable if you cancel your appointment within 48 hours.
However, If you need to cancel due to COVID symptoms within the 48 hours, your deposit will be transferrable.
For new customers, once the lifestyle and dietary questionnaire has been completed, the deposit will be non refundable. This is because the consultation forms part of the treatment.
Pre Paid Courses
If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of one of the booked sessions, 50% of the fee for that one session will be paid to Frankie and 50% will be carried over.
Personal contact details will never be passed on to 3rd parties.
Treatment information is stored correctly in filing cabinet under lock and key.
When booking an appointment at Mindbody Wholistic you agree to be contacted via Mobile (text and call) and email, unless stated otherwise.
Mindbody Wholistic welcomes both male and female clients to the clinic. New male clients will be required to bring a female friend/spouse with them to their appointment.

To cancel an order you must notify us within 60 minutes of placing your order.
If you are local, paid for delivery on check out and then wish to collect, we will refund your postage and packaging fee minus the transaction fees.
